Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to drive standardization and innovation in our Last Mile delivery network.
You will define and deliver an ambitious roadmap of projects to expand and improve our physical processing infrastructure.
This role requires strong leadership, deep customer focus, and exceptional people management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, finance, engineering).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
- 7+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+).
