We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conference Producer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our conference production department, you will be responsible for crafting high-level industry conference programmes that showcase the expertise of leading professionals from around the world. Your attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure will ensure seamless execution of our conferences, exceeding the expectations of our speakers, delegates, and partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Conference Programme Development: Collaborate with experts to design and produce engaging conference programmes that align with our brand values and deliver exceptional value to our audience.
  • Liaison and Networking: Foster strong relationships with key professionals, institutions, and companies to secure participation from renowned speakers and exhibitors.
  • Speaker Management: Engage with recommended speakers, confirm their attendance, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:
  • 6 years of experience in events management, with a minimum of 2 years in conference production.
  • Demonstrable success in delivering large-scale conferences with over 10,000 attendees, managing conference tracks and budgets.
  • Good understanding of Asian markets, particularly China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the KSA market.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
