Key Responsibilities

  1. Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Support compliance of all day-to-day operations with applicable internal and external policies, quality, health, safety, risk, and environmental management controls in compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
Audit and Accreditation
  • Plan and conduct internal quality audits to maintain the efficacy of processes and procedures. Consolidate internal audit findings and close corrective action plans to obtain standard accreditations and certifications such as ISO 9001.
  • Ensure the availability of effective action plans in response to audit findings, KPI shortfalls, and compliance violations.
  • Provide regular updates on branch performance, audit findings, red flags, policies, and procedures.
Business Process Documentation
  • Document processes across business and QHSE processes and manuals that cover all activities across the BU and all departments in compliance with chosen quality standards.
Concepts and Policies
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Manage and update the risk register with controls and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with relevant standards and policies.
  • Support the development of QHSE policies within the area of responsibility to ensure that business operations utilize the newest relevant insights and practices.
Communication
  • Ensure the provision of all required compliance documentation and certificates for pre-qualifications to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal product teams and external suppliers to facilitate evaluations and prequalifications as needed.
