Key Account Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and build strong relationships with clients in the construction equipment industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain key account relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Stay informed about market trends and customer needs through ongoing research.
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our construction equipment.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide insights to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the construction equipment industry.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven outdoor sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic Arabic language skills (understanding and speaking) are required for the Western Region.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingsness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
