To drive enterprise sales growth by acquiring new enterprise merchants and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.

Key accountabilities:

  • Review and respond to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Network with other professionals in the industry.
  • Issue needed business reports and work progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Manage partnerships with other companies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services.

Must have qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Business or payment background.
  • Technology background/knowledge is preferred.
  • Fin-Tech course certificate from Harvard University is a plus.
