In this role, you will be responsible for driving overall KSA business such as revenue growth, renewals, and cooperation agreements with retailers on your scope; securing a sustainable sales pipeline developing new revenue opportunities while maintaining close customer relationships for existing accounts.

Your key responsibilities will include engaging and securing retailers' cooperation continuity improving conditions of existing cooperation agreements with current retailer partners at C-suite level in KSA, sourcing for strategic new retailers, enhancing features & inputs from existing ones, and driving sales through NIQ solutions with Advanced Analytics, Consumer Insights, Retail Measurement products, and BES tool, Yieldigo, Activate etc.

You will also be required to plan and forecast the overall growth of existing retailers securing sustainable and long-term pipeline, revenue opportunities ensuring accurate forecasting; maintaining C-suite customer relationships, develop a strategic understanding of our retailer's industry/business/markets/clusters, partner with the Customer Success team to implement the Global Customer Service Model and align with other relevant functions to define strategic initiatives to support the region's growth, drive strategic action plan to tackle Voice of the Customer feedback, lead and inspire sales teams, enhancing their skills and improving their experience.
