Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team at Tawzef for Recruitment & HR Consultancy, the Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for:

  1. Managing Delivery Operations: Oversee the planning and execution of delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  2. Developing and Analyzing Reports: Create and analyze reports to track logistics performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Coordinating with Internal Departments: Collaborate with internal departments to improve logistics and sales processes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Ensuring Operational Efficiency: Implement on-ground and system-based solutions to optimize logistics operations, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  1. Experience in Sales Operations: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the logistics field.
  2. Supervision Experience: Proven supervision experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  3. Report Preparation and Analysis: Experience in preparing and analyzing reports, with a strong understanding of data analysis and interpretation.
  4. Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG or logistics industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  5. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Flexibility: Willingness to relocate within kingdom cities as per business needs.
  8. Education: A related Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
