Sea Logistics Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Sea Logistics Sales Representative to join our team at Kuehne & Nagel Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring, winning, and retaining new customers in the Saudi Arabian market.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) accounts, focusing on developing strong relationships and driving sales growth.
- Quotation and Proposal Management: Prepare and submit quotations using our online tools, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of proposals to customers.
- Presentation and Sales: Deliver engaging presentations about our sea logistics products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to customers.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
- Customer Service: Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Onboarding and Handover: Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to onboard new customers, providing comprehensive and accurate information to ensure a smooth transition.
- Product and Trade Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our sea logistics products and trade practices, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or relevant sea logistics sales experience.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia, with a minimum of 2 years in sea logistics sales, focusing on developing SME accounts.
- Skills and Abilities: Self-starter with a proactive and 'hunter' mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good command of the English language and native Arabic speaker.
