About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Director to join our organisation in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving financial strategy, and ensuring the company's long-term financial health and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and develop the organization's financial and performance (fiscal, accounting, cost control, budgeting) for all projects in Saudi Arabia in line with Egis's deadlines and country's tax & audit/legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, including Saudi Arabian financial laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in finance roles, including previous experience as a Finance Director or similar senior financial leadership position.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making.
