As a member of the Cartier team, you will have the opportunity to work with a global luxury brand and make a real impact on our customers' experiences.

We are seeking Saudi National CS Associates to join our boutiques across Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobbar.

Your primary responsibility as a Customer Service Associate will be to provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, maintaining relationships with the workshop, boutique, and office.

You will be expected to implement customer service standards, maintain accurate records, and contribute to increasing after-sales turnover.

To excel in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Arabic, and a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a customer service position.
