- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
- Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of company expenses and budgets, ensuring financial transparency and accountability.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Event Planning: Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for attendees.
- Crisis Management: Handle any administrative issues or emergencies that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software programs.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Cultural Awareness: Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to cultural sensitivity and awareness.
This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, providing a stable and rewarding career opportunity. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally able to work in Egypt. While accommodation is not provided, we can assist with finding suitable housing options if needed. A valid biometric passport is required for this role. This position is open to students who are able to work full-time during their summer break, with previous experience in an administrative role being a requirement.
