About Our Team

We are Amazon's Key Account Management team responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding selection on the platform, and improving retention among the existing Seller base. We create innovative ways to identify new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities through partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Drive success for high-performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace by analyzing issues affecting their business performance.
  2. Diagnose root causes of performance issues and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to expand selection on the platform and improve retention among Seller bases.
  4. Interact with Key Sellers, source new selection, and stay focused on stocks for key ASINs.
  5. Maintain sharp prices on the platform and source Deals from sellers to delight customers.
