Job Summary

Afaq Q Tech General Trading is seeking a Technical Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of critical infrastructure elements, as well as providing day-to-day support to meet our operations present and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure: You will work closely with the business, fellow engineers, and remote support teams to implement changes and/or additions to the site's technology infrastructure to support changing business and IT requirements.
  • Provide Technical Support: You will provide technical support to the business, fellow engineers, and remote support teams, acting as a point of contact for contractors or external suppliers and clearly communicating technical issues and Amazon standards.
  • Project Management: You will act as a single point of contact for projects, providing technical and management support/input to site and team projects/initiatives, and keeping key stakeholders informed of the progress of projects and maintaining project documentation in the required format.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication and project management abilities.
