Recruitment Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Strategist to join our team at the Prince Sultan Defense Studies and Research Center (PSDSARC). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.

• Partner with Hiring Managers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.

• Develop and Implement Strategic Initiatives
  • Design and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent from various sources.

• Manage the Full Recruiting Lifecycle
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Develop and Update Job Descriptions
  • Create compelling job descriptions that showcase the company's vision and mission.

• Prepare Recruitment Materials
  • Design and produce high-quality recruitment materials, including job postings and social media content.

• Sourc'e and Recruit Candidates
  • Utilize various channels to source and recruit candidates, including databases, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen Candidates
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and applications to ensure they meet the required qualifications and skills.

• Conduct Interviews
  • Administer interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

• Assess Applicants
  • Evaluate applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.

• Onboard New Employees
  • Welcome new employees and facilitate their integration into the company culture.
