Global Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Manager Sales with extensive experience in IT staff augmentation to establish and lead our function in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing profitability, strong stakeholder engagement, and an existing client base in the region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and overseeing comprehensive staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Lead Function: Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the IT staff augmentation function. Drive business development efforts and enhance Dautom's presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
- Client Relationship Management: Leverage existing client base and establish new relationships. Understand client needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Profitability Management: Oversee the profitability for the IT staff augmentation function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement strategies to meet financial targets and optimize profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs and company objectives.
- Staffing Solutions Expertise: Expertly manage contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring processes. Develop and implement strategies for efficient talent acquisition.
