Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Coordinating Marketing Projects at Content Power. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing multiple marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are achieved and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate and oversee multiple marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring all goals are achieved and deadlines are met.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, content, sales, etc.) and clients to ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly understood.
  3. Develop detailed project plans and timelines, and monitor progress while updating stakeholders regularly.
  4. Schedule and facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations as needed.
  5. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to team members and management proactively, while suggesting solutions to keep projects on track.
  6. Assist in managing project resources and budgets, making sure projects are executed within the defined scope.
  7. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and post-project evaluations.

Basic Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  2. Genuine passion for the field of creative marketing and a strong desire to gain experience in a startup environment.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  4. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to convey information clearly to team members and clients.
  5. Proficiency in using productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Asana, Trello) to organize and track work efficiently.
  6. Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems creatively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  7. Previous experience or internships in project coordination, marketing, or a related field are a plus but not strictly required.
