About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist Consultant to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our Treasury Financial Advisory Department, you will play a crucial role in advising on treasury matters related to our affiliates, including Wholly-Owned Joint Ventures and Public Entities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Lead the review of affiliates' corporate finance matters, including liquidity, working capital, dividends, and capital structure.
  2. Debt Financing and Intra-group Lending: Evaluate and recommend ways to optimize intra-group lending, demonstrating an understanding of structuring and tax optimization opportunities.
  3. Financial Expertise: Provide financial guidance and support to our affiliates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: Hold an MBA or an equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized and approved program.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and advisory services, with a strong understanding of debt financing and intra-group lending.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, and a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis.
