Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at FUCHS KSA. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient procurement and supply processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Planning: Analyze the organization's requirements for goods and services, collaborate with departments to understand their procurement needs and priorities, and research potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as quality, reliability, and pricing, prepare and issue purchase orders to approved suppliers, and negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained, coordinate with inventory management to avoid stock outs or excess inventory, and generate reports on purchasing activities, including spend analysis and supplier performance.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights to stakeholders to inform procurement decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with suppliers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with procurement software, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Certification: Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
