Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team at Kalima 360 comms. As a key member of our marketing communications team, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing communication strategies for our agency portfolio.

You will be responsible for managing digital, social media, email, and offline marketing campaigns, as well as creating visually engaging content for various channels. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires strong communication and administrative skills. You must have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably within an agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, social media, email, and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Ability to judge visually engaging and brand-aligned content for various channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and print media.
  • Event & Project Support: Coordinate and execute marketing activities.
  • Ensure all marketing-related tasks are completed on time in collaboration with the team.
  • Design & Creativity: Utilize creative skills to support content creation.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily posting, content calendars, and engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, ensuring creativity, consistency, and engagement.
  • Collaborations & Partnerships: Assist when needed in developing brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and co-branded events to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as organizing marketing materials, coordinating schedules, and managing timelines. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports for our agency partners on campaign performance, social media metrics, and overall marketing impact.
