Job Description
This strategic role involves driving sales growth, expanding market share, and delivering impactful solutions for the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) in the Western Region. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal part in building deep customer relationships and positioning Cepheid as a trusted partner in the region's healthcare transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Revenue Growth: Take ownership of Cepheid's sales performance at key MOH accounts, focusing on large and mid-sized hospitals and labs.
  2. Strategic Account Planning: Develop tailored account strategies, including stakeholder mapping and securing funding for Cepheid's innovative diagnostic technologies.
  3. Collaboration for Success: Partner with Territory Managers and the Clinical Solutions Team to expand the sales funnel, acquire new customers, and increase assay utilization.
  4. Trusted Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers, positioning Cepheid as a critical partner in their patient care journey.
  5. Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Structure complex agreements that meet customer needs while ensuring Cepheid's profitability targets are achieved.
  6. Aligning with Healthcare Goals: Develop and implement account strategies that align with MOH's healthcare objectives and Cepheid's mission to deliver faster, more accurate diagnostics.
  7. Market and Policy Insights: Monitor healthcare market and policy developments, collaborating with the Clinical Solutions Team and other functions to adapt strategies and seize opportunities.
  8. Operational Excellence: Oversee Cepheid shipments and deliveries to MOH hospitals, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
