Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving Xad Tech's growth in the Saudi market.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  2. Market Expansion: Develop go-to-market strategies for KSA, focusing on high-potential industries.
  3. Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.
  4. Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 5-10 years in business development or sales, with a proven track record in KSA.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics and key industries.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Familiarity with KSA government regulations and licensing processes.
  • Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
