Job Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the transaction process, including sourcing, analysis, and execution of investment opportunities across sectors.
- Support the monitoring of portfolio company performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and analyze financial models, and participate in due diligence.
- Gain exposure to portfolio companies and contribute to their growth.
Requirements
- Experience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund.
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
- Master's degree, CFA, and/or MBA is preferred.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full-time.
