  4. Record of Achievement: Proven track record in deposit growth strategies, cost optimization, and customer retention.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  6. Knowledge: Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  7. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
