Job Description:

The Business Process Analyst will play a key role in analyzing and improving business processes within HSE at SAL Saudi Logistics Services. This position involves identifying areas for improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business process improvement projects.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of process maps, procedures, and templates.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new processes and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Process Improvement, or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, quality assurance, or HSE.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, process mapping tools, and data analysis software.
