About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Application Developer to join our team at Super Experience for Information Technology. As a Senior Mobile Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and functional mobile applications using React Native.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop mobile applications using React Native, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and functional.
  • Maintenance and Improvement: Work on the maintenance and improvement of existing mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • UI Component Design: Utilize React Native to design and develop UI components for mobile apps, ensuring they are visually appealing and user-friendly.
  • Code Development: Write effective, scalable, and reusable code to create interchangeable modules, ensuring they are well-documented and maintainable.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize application performance, ensuring responsiveness and a seamless user experience.
  • Industry Research: Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
  • Problem-Solving: Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Product Roadmap: Work with the product and operations team to provide guidance and execution on the product roadmap, ensuring the development of highly-scalable applications.
Key Skills
  • React Native Experience: Extensive experience in developing mobile applications using React Native.
  • Mobile Development: Experience with iOS and/or Android application architecture and design.
  • Design Patterns: Strong knowledge of Mobile development design patterns, components, tools, concepts, best practices, standards, and systems of record.
  • API Design: Strong understanding of RESTful JSON web API design principles.
  • Native Development: Familiarity with native mobile development (Android/iOS) and related technologies (Java/Kotlin, Swift/Objective-C).
  • Back-end Engineering: Experience or exposure with back-end web engineering.
  • Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • State Management: Experience with state management libraries (e.g., MobX) and asynchronous programming.
  • Documentation: Solid experience in documenting software solutions using diagrams and flowcharts.
  • Release Management: Experience in release management, online digital analytics, conversion optimization test execution, and search engine optimization/marketing.
  • Collaboration: Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities within budget requirements.
  • Communication: Exceptional collaborative and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead or be led, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • User Experience: Knowledge of user-centered design, usability engineering, and user experience principles, guidelines, deliverables, methods, and processes.
  • Leadership: Ability and confidence to communicate and present to senior management.
  • Written Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: B.S. Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience with React Native.
