Job Description

The Event Sales Manager is responsible for understanding and disseminating all corporate and hotel policies, as well as standard operating procedures to colleagues. Additionally, the role requires adherence to the MOHG Code of Conduct, ensuring that all business activities and decisions comply with general law, rules, regulations, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and implement all learning and development activities.
  • Ensure career paths and development needs are prioritized and documented in accordance with the MO Profile online system.
  • Hold monthly meetings with colleagues to facilitate open communication and address concerns.
  • Safeguard stored information and maintain confidentiality regarding guests, customers, or colleagues.

Furthermore, the Event Sales Manager will work closely with the hotel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and participate in client entertainment with the sales department as required. This role also involves implementing eco-friendly practices, educating guests/colleagues on sustainable initiatives, and continuously seeking ways to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint.
