Senior Enterprise Sales Manager

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join its team and drive growth in the corporate travel tech industry. As a key member of the sales leadership team, this role requires a strong background in B2B sales, SaaS, or corporate travel solutions, with a proven track record in closing large enterprise deals and scaling sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to expand market share; identifying and closing high-value corporate partnerships; and driving a pipeline of enterprise clients for revenue growth and long-term retention. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the Saudi market with a deep understanding of corporate travel procurement and possess strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with executive-level clients.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, B2B SaaS, or corporate travel solutions.
- Proven track record in closing large enterprise deals and scaling sales operations.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with executive-level clients.
- Experience in the Saudi market with a deep understanding of corporate travel procurement.
- Strong analytical skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to drive data-informed decision-making.
