About the Role

Mace is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major sports stadiums and associated projects in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the project is managed safely, effectively, and efficiently, while meeting the client's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects from planning and design to execution and completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Actively interface and engage in the technical design process.
  • Support the client's team in creating project briefs and RFI documentation.
  • Develop and implement health and safety strategies to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Contribute to the establishment of the project execution plan, health and safety plan, QA/QC, and other documents.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the supply chain management and procurement teams.
  • Report and monitor construction project structural progress against the schedule and cost plan.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree qualification.
  • Chartership or pursuing a similar level of professional qualifications.
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Extensive structural construction procurement experience.
  • Working experience in the MEA region.
  • Influential skills - experience in leading or senior roles on major construction projects.
