About the Role:

The Jr Solar PV Engineer will be responsible for supporting project managers on PV system installations, requesting proposals from subcontractors, and finalizing them. The role also involves assisting with supplier and component selection, helping project teams procure solar components, and supporting initial site start-up, including site survey and layout. Additionally, the Jr Solar PV Engineer will supervise and oversee subcontractors and consultants, support internal engineering design teams, maintain and update project schedules, submit and resolve client and subcontractor RFIs, manage project change orders with clients and subcontractors, prepare and manage project RFIs and submittals, maintain and update project drawings, coordinate logistics, supplies, and inventory, and support O&M operations.
