About the Role

As a Telesales Agent, you will drive sales by calling existing and potential customers to pitch Bayut packages and services. You will foster and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, understand their needs, and identify upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through proactive outbound calling to existing and potential customers;
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and upsell opportunities;
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions;
  • Accurately record and process details of customer interactions in the CRM system;
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary;
  • Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs;
  • Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related fields;
  • (1-2) years of Telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas over the phone;
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (verbal and written);
  • Good knowledge of the Real Estate industry;
  • Basic knowledge and working experience of call centre systems and solutions;
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications;
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills;
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and negotiation skills;
  • Cool-tempered and able to successfully counter rebuttals to close sales.
