Job Overview
Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic is seeking a results-driven Strategic Business Growth Expert to join our team in Riyadh and Al Khobar.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share for automation and industrial solutions. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Business Development:
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth areas and customer needs in the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Generate leads through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
- Research industry trends and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.
- Marketing & Branding:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and attract leads.
- Participate in trade shows, industry conferences, and events to showcase the company's automation solutions and network with potential clients.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Track and report pipeline performance, lead generation progress, and market feedback to senior management.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service delivery.
Requirements

- Proven track record of generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals in the KSA market.
- Deep understanding of automation solutions, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with the KSA's industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, logistics, and retail.
