**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through the development of strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, technologies, and customer needs in the ICT industry.
  2. Analyze market data and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans for growth.
  3. Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ICT solutions and services that meet their needs and add value to their business.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams, including ICT solution architects, technical experts, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  9. Track performance against targets and report on KPIs.
  10. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on project pipeline, market trends, and competitive landscape.


**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (5 years) in ICT business development, with a successful track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. In-depth knowledge of ICT services and solutions.
  4. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
