Job Description

The Assistant Manager - Documentation role requires overseeing and managing all documentation processes within the Sales & Leasing Performance Unit. This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in document handling, record-keeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Management:
    • Implement control systems to ensure efficient document control management, compliance, and security.
    • Maintain and organize documents, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and implement documentation control procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compliance & Quality Control:
    • Monitor and review documents to ensure they meet internal and external compliance standards.
    • Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage document flow.
    • Provide guidance to employees on documentation procedures and best practices.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving documentation processes and implement best practices.
