General Manager Office Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Manager Office Coordinator to join our team at Raffles.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the General Manager.
- Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
- Assist with expense reports and budget tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to the General Manager's office as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
