We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented General Manager Office Coordinator to join our team at Raffles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the General Manager.
  • Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
  • Assist with expense reports and budget tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the General Manager's office as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant in a corporate environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
