Job Title: Financial Insurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Insurance Specialist to join our team at Linked4HR Human Resources Consultancies LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee broker activities on all transactions, including risk evaluation, program design, coverage binding, policies issuance, premium settlement, and claims processing & settlement.
  • Lead new policy procurement and renewal processes.
  • Conduct pre-renewal reviews and analyze policies T&C against exposure.
  • Produce weekly update reports on ongoing insurance-related activities.
  • Evaluate and measure brokers' performance and escalate any failures or challenges.
  • Review and optimize insurance provisions.
  • Generate ad hoc reports on insurance programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute or Institute of Risk Management certification advantageous.
  • Advisory role with field experience in Insurance in a big manufacturing industry, broking firm, or insurance company.
  • Good knowledge and experience of Corporate Insurance, Property Insurance, Equipment Insurance, Project Insurance, Medical & Life Insurance.
  • Collaborative spirit to work synergistically with finance, sales, and other departments.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Insurance or underwriting roles.
  • Experience and sound technical knowledge in handling general lines underwriting and placement.
