The Senior Commercial Manager will play a crucial role in planning and managing the development, execution, and invoicing of contract management and the procurement cycle across TRSDC FM department.

The primary objective is to provide a professional service for FM commercial services that meets the needs of the business areas and progressively achieves efficiency and maximum sustainable value for TRSDC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Contribution: Assist with the implementation of the annual business plan and targets and execute the strategic agenda of the Facility Management Department function to deliver TRSDC vision and mission.
  • Leadership: Coordinate the activities of the Facility Management team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Budget: Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
  • Procurement Management: Lead and direct the development and implementation of procurement operations which drives a long-term view of procurement and sourcing in order to effectively manage TRSDC wide supply and demand, and to drive maximum value from relationships with the TRSDC key vendors and providers.

This role requires a strong understanding of procurement and contract management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Engineering Quality Surveying or any related field and minimum 8-10 years of experience in a similar position.

Skillset includes Leadership, Time Management, Team Building, Project Management, and proficiency in negotiation and vendor relationship management.
