We're seeking a Senior Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Professional Services by building strong client relationships and aligning consultancy, architecture, implementation, and onboarding services to client needs.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  1. Own the sales strategy for assigned accounts, including account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting in the Middle East.
  2. Negotiate and close consulting engagements that deliver measurable value through Adobe's digital marketing solutions.
  3. Cultivate new opportunities to maintain a strong and balanced sales pipeline.
  4. Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership.
  5. Ensure sales data accuracy.

Developing Client Relationships

  1. Build and maintain deep relationships at executive (C-suite) and operational levels.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design tailored digital transformation strategies.
  3. Provide thought leadership and innovation with clients.
  4. Articulate the business value of Adobe products and services at Executive (C-suite level).

Collaboration & Coordination with Adobe Ecosystem

  1. Work closely with cross-functional teams international and local regional teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  2. Develop customised, value-driven proposals and lead the contracting process to meet both client and Adobe objectives.
  3. Identify opportunities for sales optimisation.

Driving Customer Success

  1. Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects achieve client goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
  2. Build long-term client advocacy by highlighting project successes and uncovering areas for further success.
  3. Act as the conduit between clients and the wider Adobe ecosystem, ensuring value creation at every stage.
