Your Role

">

As an Office Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our team with daily administrative tasks, including writing letters, photocopying documents, and organizing paperwork and computer-based information.

">

You will also schedule and attend meetings, create agendas, and take minutes. Furthermore, you will book meeting rooms and conference facilities, order and maintain stationery and equipment, and organize travel and accommodation for staff and other external contacts.

What We're Looking For

We seek an experienced professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience and excellent communication skills in English.

">

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong problem-solving abilities, results orientation, planning, and organizing skills are also essential.
