**Role Purpose:**
- Promote and sell GCC Olayan division products.
- Achieve and exceed personal targets as part of the department's overall goal.
- Follow up with current and future customers to fulfill their requirements professionally.
**Job Accountabilities & Activities:**
- Expand customer portfolio by identifying new customers and sales opportunities.
- Analyze existing and potential customers' needs to provide solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business objectives.
- Built relationships with customers through visits and telephone calls to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
- Increase market share in the assigned region.
- Collaborate with the Aftersales Division to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the market and competitors' activities.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
**Education & Certifications:**
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
- 2-4 years' sales experience in the same field required.
