  3. Follow up with current and future customers to fulfill their requirements professionally.

**Job Accountabilities & Activities:**

  • Expand customer portfolio by identifying new customers and sales opportunities.
  • Analyze existing and potential customers' needs to provide solutions.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business objectives.
  • Built relationships with customers through visits and telephone calls to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly to maximize satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
  • Increase market share in the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with the Aftersales Division to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor the market and competitors' activities.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports.

**Education & Certifications:**

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.
  • 2-4 years' sales experience in the same field required.
