Job Description:

This Sales Manager role will be responsible for driving the sales of our loyalty platforms and solutions to issuers and merchants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technical environments, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post graduate degree recommended.
  2. Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in selling technology solutions, ideally in loyalty programs, within Financial Services, Digital / Retail / Consumer/ B2B / sectors.
  3. Market experience: Extensive knowledge and experience of business development within the MEA region with established network across the region.
  4. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must, with excellent communication and presentation skills in both languages.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of loyalty platforms, digital technologies, marketing services, and platform implementation processes.
  6. Complex Environment Management: Ability to navigate a multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring alignment and managing expectations from both clients and internal teams.
  7. Consulting & Technology Experience (Preferred): A background in consulting or technology would be highly beneficial, particularly in understanding customer-facing solutions and financial services. Banking experience is a plus.
