Business Development and Loyalty Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts for loyalty platforms and solutions, as well as card benefits. This role requires an individual with outstanding business development skills and a strong understanding of technology platforms.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both sales and technical environments, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will play a key role in growing our customer base, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of loyalty and benefits solutions.
Our loyalty team is responsible for developing and implementing loyalty strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth for our clients. We work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Lead the sales efforts for loyalty platforms, solutions, and card benefits, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across industries, including issuers and merchants, to sell and promote our diverse range of loyalty products.
