Marketing and Sales Volume Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
The Sales & Marketing Planning Strategist will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining short-term and long-term volume forecasts.
- Representing the Marketing team in S&OP meetings.
- Coordinating changes to production plans.
- Monitoring sales performance.
- Ensuring teams follow established strategies.
- Identifying and addressing deviations from monthly allocations.
- Driving discussions on monthly pricing announcements.
- Maintaining awareness of ongoing market trends.
- Developing monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Ensuring smooth sales execution.
- Coordinating with the supply chain team.
Required Skills:
- Planning skills including forecast, NB based allocations, sales optimizations, and sales.
- Product knowledge, including grade slates, typical applications, and regional customer preferences.
- Negotiation and coordination skills within the department and outside.
- Strong analytical skills related to optimization.
