At Tasnee, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Planner to join our team in Riyadh. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with the sales and marketing team, as well as the Business Planning/Production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning of sales volumes, including forecast coordination with production, leading S&OP, monitoring sales volumes, and ensuring effective allocation and sales of volumes in coordination with sales and market intelligence teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop short-term and long-term volume forecasts in coordination with sales based on market needs and plant constraints.
  2. Represent the interests of the Marketing team in S&OP meetings to negotiate and receive grades and allocations as planned.
  3. Create optimized sales plans based on received final production plans.
  4. Monitor sales performance against plans and ensure teams follow established plans.
  5. Flag deviations from monthly allocations, coordinate with sales managers to reduce deviations, and drive re-planning activities if required.
  6. Lead Monthly Pricing Announcement discussions, coordinating with stakeholders, preparing data, finalizing, and approving changes during the month.
  7. Maintain awareness of ongoing market trends by coordinating with marketing intelligence and sales teams/agents to optimize plans as needed.
  8. Develop monitoring tools/dashboards to enhance plan optimization, track key KPIs related to sales volumes, and improve results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics with Marketing preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Sales and Marketing, with specific experience in sales forecast, sales planning, and coordination, volume allocation, and monitoring.
  • Certifications related to planning will be an advantage.
