Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management and Compliance Officer to join our team in Rome, Italy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist the HSE Manager in developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
  2. Monitor and report on compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with OHSE Policies, OHSE Legislative requirements, and OHSE Management System.
  4. Support the Project manager, Construction Manager, and all Hitachi Staff in understanding OHSE requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Fire Protection, Environmental Management, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE Management for Maintenance Railways, Power Supply, Electromechanical Equipment, Transportation, or similar fields.
  • Fully knowledgeable of KSA Standards and Codes applicable to the works and continuously updated for any changes in regulations and laws.
  • Preferred NEBOSH, IOSH certifications.
