Role Overview

TimeLapse ME is seeking an experienced Commercial Development and Expansion Expert to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and commercial expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to assess industry demand and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Develop a targeted outreach plan to generate leads, qualify prospects, and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with major corporate clients across various industries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the B2B sector.
  • Industry Network: Established connections in construction, infrastructure, real estate, events, or industrial sectors.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to develop sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
