Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager, Program Management is a key role that is responsible for driving operational efficiency, growth, and strategic initiative execution within a food delivery aggregator platform. This position involves managing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing robust reporting systems, supporting new city launches, and overseeing the successful implementation of strategic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Strategic Programs
Develop and execute strategic programs aligned with business objectives, including the development of program scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
Manage Program Dependencies and RisksIdentify and manage program dependencies and risks, and allocate resources effectively across program initiatives.
Monitor Program ProgressMonitor program progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones, and develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Collect and Analyze DataCollect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute city launches, and conduct market analysis and competitor assessments to inform launch strategies.
Requirements- 3 Years of Experience
3 years of experience working in a similar role, with a strong background in program management and strategic initiative execution.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization ToolsProficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, including Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Excellent Project and Program Management SkillsExcellent project and program management skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic programs aligned with business objectives.
Ability to Work Effectively Under PressureAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
