Job Title: Administrative Director

RecruitMe Plus is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Director to oversee our administrative operations and office management.

We are looking for someone with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and bilingual in Arabic and English.

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office, ensuring smooth operation and communication.
  • Manage office staff responsibilities, ensuring a high level of customer service and support.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer-oriented information about our services and terms.
  • Manage communications through email, phone calls, and in-person interactions.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels between the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
  • Follow up with accountants on financial processes and documentation.
  • Organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Perform reception duties such as answering phones, taking notes/messages, and managing mail.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments within the office.
  • Organize office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Admin, Office Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English to effectively manage communications and client relationships.
  • Experience working in the events management industry or related fields is preferred.
  • Current Resident of KSA.
About the Role:
