  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local and national construction codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role, managing multi-disciplinary teams, contractors, and complex construction projects.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Procore, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
  • Certifications: PMP, LEED, or similar project management or sustainability certifications preferred.
