We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to support our management team in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, be able to maintain a high level of professionalism, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize the manager's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the manager, screening calls, emails, and messages.
- Respond to inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Draft and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the manager.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
