  • Manage the talent pipeline through employee development programs, mentoring, career planning, and succession planning.

  • Implement systems, processes, and practices for employee changes, leveraging best practices and adapting to changing standards and environments.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

  • Develop and implement departmental procedures and controls, ensuring compliance with relevant legislative requirements while delivering quality services.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the department.

  • Implement information security practices and standards to protect Company data and information.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Procurement Management.
  • Supply Chain Management Certification.
